Which countries do you ship to?

Orders are shipped from Milan, Italy to all of Europe.

What is the status of my order?

D.E.M. Europe B.V. provides home delivery of products purchased. 

Orders received during the weekend or during public holidays will be processed on the first day instead. Delivery times may take from 3-5 working days from the order confirmation.
At the time of shipment, a tracking number will be provide to the customer to monitor the shipment status. If you have any questions regarding your order, please reach out to [email protected] for help.

Can I change my shipping address?

All requests for updates or adjustments to shipping addresses must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note, if your order can not be delivered to you due to an inaccurate shipping address, we are not liable for any lost or stolen parcels.

Does Deus ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we do ship orders to PO boxes.

I have only received a portion of my order, when is the rest scheduled to arrive?

When only part of your order is available we will ship the items that are in stock and cancel the out of stock items. In this instance, an email confirmation will be sent and a refund will be issued to the original form of payment for the items that are unavailable. 

How much is shipping?

Europe (Eurozone)

Flat rate 12€.

Free on orders over 120€.

REST OF EUROPE

Flate rate 30€.

Free on orders over 120€ (excluding extra CEE zone - Norway, Switzerland and Turkey).

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. During these days D.E.M. Europe B.V. will take 3-6 days from order confirmation to process the order. Delivery times may take from 3 to 5 working days from the order confirmation. At the time of shipment, a tracking number will be provide to the customer to monitor the shipment status.

Do I have to pay customs and duties?

If required, all duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer.
